How to book places in “Tarzanijos” Park?
You can book the places and time via the internet or by telephone. If you book via mail, you will receive a confirmation number on your e-mail, which you will have to know upon arrival to the park.
How to cancel the reservation?
There is a link in the order confirmation which you receive via e-mail. Having pressed the link you will have to enter the order confirmation number and your e-mail address. The reservation will be cancelled immediately.
Can we arrive without an advance reservation?
Yes, you may visit us at any time. We always leave 10 per cent of free places. However, you may have to wait if all routes are busy at the time.
What to do if we are late?

How to make reservations for schoolchildren trips or groups of more than 40 people?
Please, call +370 671 80500 or write an e-mail to info@tarzanija.lt.. In case of a schoolchildren trip, it is necessary to have the list of pupils printed on an official stamped form of the educational institution; it has to bear the headmaster’s permission, signature and seal of the educational institution. We recommend obtaining the pupils’ parents’ permissions to go on this trip.
Is it possible to pay by a bank card in the park?
We accept cash only in the park. We are sorry for inconvenience caused.
CLOTHING
How to get dressed going to the park?
We recommend light sporty clothes which do not hinder movements and are comfortable. Do not wear warm clothes, for you will definitely get warm while climbing.
Are gloves necessary?
Yes, you need gloves, they must not be slippery. If you have forgotten your gloves, you cam obtain them from us; the prices are from 2 to 4 lt.
What kind of footwear do you recommend?
The best would be sports or tourist shoes. Customers wearing high-heeled shoes and slippers will not be allowed to the routes.
ANIMALS
Can we bring a dog to the park?
Yes, you can. However, the pet should be looked after at all times, it has to wear a lead and a muzzle.
FOOD
Is there a café in the park?
Yes, there is an outdoor café where you can have a meal or a drink.
Can we make our own food in the territory of the park?
Of course you can. You will only have to book a bower with a fireplace in advance. We have grills, skewers and firewood.
SAFETY
Are the customers insured against accidents?
Yes, they are. Each customer who signs the agreement and enters the routes is insured by the civil insurance.
People of what weight may climb along the routes?
The routes may be climbed by people of any weight. The most important thing is that they are physically strong enough to get through the routes. The visitors are responsible for their health and physical state.
Is there a storage place for valuable things in the park?
Yes, there is. Address to the park manager, and she will help you.
ACCIDENTS
What must be done in case of an accident or injury?
You have to apply to the instructor of the Adventure Park or the information staff immediately. THE PARK has to register the accident. If you have left the park failing to inform about the accident, the accident insurance will not be valid!
What amount are the visitors of the park insured for?
10000 Lt – in case of death, disability or bone breakages.
